DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN GREECE)
Within Attica
- Free shipping for orders of €100.00 and over.
- For orders of a lower value, the shipping cost is €5.00.
Outside Attica
The shipping cost is €7.00.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
For deliveries within the European Union, the shipping cost is €28.00. All prices shown include VAT.
PICKUP FROM PHYSICAL STORE
You have the option to pick up your order at one of our physical stores, during their operating hours, with no shipping charges. Pickup is carried out by selecting the corresponding delivery method during checkout, and following a notification from our team that your order is ready.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING
Shipments are carried out via our partner courier company, DHL. Following payment confirmation, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Attica and 4–6 business days for the rest of Greece. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number (waybill) to monitor its progress. Please note that during periods of high demand, extreme weather conditions, or for deliveries to remote areas, delivery times may vary. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are sent in complimentary gift packaging, designed with the signature aesthetic of the IMANOGLOU house.
GIFTS
You can send your order as a gift to a third-party recipient, with the option to include a greeting card and a gift receipt (exchange card) valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. The gift receipt is redeemable exclusively by visiting one of our physical stores. To send an order as a gift, please write the word "Gift" in the comments field during checkout. The proof of purchase will be sent to you electronically.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All jewelry is shipped free of charge, with the exception of seasonal items (e.g., lucky charms). In the instance that the product of choice is not ready-to-wear but requires a custom order (this is usually common in ring size adjustments), the delivery time may reach up to 40 days and there will be updates through e-mail for the final delivery time. The delivery time might also be significantly altered in the instance of a new custom order of the jewel to the collaborating House abroad and will depend on the complexity of each creation. The rings that require a custom order for their correct size adjustment, and which are not available, might take up to 90 days to be delivered – in liaison with their production time. In any case, you will be receiving updates via e-mail with regards to the lead time. RETURNS POLICY
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are processed free of charge via DHL, following contact with our team at eshop@imanoglou.gr, so we may guide you through the process. The product must be returned in its original, perfect condition and in its full packaging. Upon receipt and quality control of the return, the refund will be completed within 15 business days.
