DELIVERY POLICY

The deliveries in Greece and in countries of the EU are free of charge.

Our collaborating courier service collects the deliveries within 3-5 days. As soon as the collection is complete, you shall receive an e-mail along with the respective link for monitoring the status of your delivery from the courier’s website.

In cases of severe weather conditions, national holidays or other imponderable factors, the delivery time might be altered and in that instance, our company does not bare any responsibility with regards to the final time of the delivery.

Deliveries to PO boxes are not executed.

GIFTS

There is the possibility of sending a gift to another recipient, joined with a card and a gift receipt. The gift receipt may be used only during a visit at one of our physical stores.

CUSTOM ORDERS

In the instance that the product of choice is not ready-to-wear but requires a custom order (this is usually common in ring size adjustments), the delivery time may reach up to 40 days and there will be updates through e-mail for the final delivery time.

The delivery time might also be significantly altered in the instance of a new custom order of the jewel to the collaborating House abroad and will depend on the complexity of each creation.

The rings that require a custom order for their correct size adjustment, and which are not available, might take up to 90 days to be delivered – in liaison with their production time. In any case, you will be receiving updates via e-mail with regards to the lead time. RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the order delivery, free of charge, through our collaborating courier service, DHL. Should you wish to make a return, you are kindly requested to contact us via e-mail at eshop@imanoglou.gr and you will receive further guidance on the return procedure.

The product must be returned in its initial state.

On the day we receive your return, and provided that it is in an excellent condition, the refund process is initiated and will take 15 days to complete.
