Orders
Do deliveries cover the entire country?
Yes, shipments are carried out throughout Greece via our partner courier company, DHL.
- Within Attica: Shipping is free of charge for orders over €100.00. For orders under €100.00, the shipping cost is €5.00.
- Outside Attica: The shipping cost is €7.00.
Is shipping available to the European Union?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union via DHL. The shipping cost is €28.00 (VAT included)
Can I pick up my order from a physical store?
Yes, store pickup is available at our physical locations free of charge, once you have been notified that your order is ready.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
Once the collection of your order is complete, you shall receive via email the tracking number, as well as a link for you to check the status of your delivery.
How does the delivery time change for items which are not directly available?
In the instance that an order of a jewel is required to be made in-house abroad, the delivery time may reach 90 days – in liaison with the production time.
Can I return my purchase?
You may return your purchase within 14 days from its delivery day. Contact us at eshop@imanoglou.gr to initiate the return.
Can I make a change on a gift?
Gift changes can be done within a 30 day period and only through our physical Imanoglou stores.
What are the terms concerning discounts?
Special Offers and Discounts do not apply to objects and seasonal collections.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Exchanges are available as long as the item is intact, and seasonal items can be exchanged for items from the same collection.

How can I use my Gift Card?
Your gift card offers a simple and flexible shopping experience. You can use it:
- Online: At www.imanoglou.gr, by entering your code at checkout.
- In-store: At any Imanoglou jewelry store, by presenting a printed copy with the code clearly visible.
- By phone: By sharing your code with an Imanoglou Sales Advisor when placing your order.
What is the validity period of the Gift Card?
Your gift card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed within this period. Any unused balance will automatically expire after the validity period and cannot be extended, refunded, or reactivated.
